As a lead here, you won't be stepping into a rigid, corporate environment — you'll be joining a growing, founder-led operation where your voice actually shapes how we work. We're building this business from the ground up, and the people who join early will help define our standards, our culture, and the way we serve the Smyrna, Vinings, and Chastain Park community. It's a startup environment backed by the stability, systems, and national brand recognition of One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning — the best of both worlds for someone who wants to grow, lead, and be part of something from day one.
A Georgia Conditioned Air Contractor (master / Class II Unrestricted) license is not required, but it's a strong plus — candidates who hold one can serve as our license qualifier and earn higher compensation.
