- Answer incoming calls from customers and field technicians.
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians to customer homes.
- Coordinate daily service calls and optimize technician routes.
- Contact existing customers to schedule and confirm maintenance visits.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve scheduling concerns.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information.
- Communicate effectively with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules, job status updates, and customer needs.
- Assist with office administrative duties as needed.
- Support customer retention efforts through maintenance agreement follow-ups and appointment booking.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computers and office software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Previous dispatching, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
- Experience using ServiceTitan.
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Prior experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or home service industry.
