- Answers inbound calls and schedules HVAC, plumbing & electrical service, maintenance, and sales calls.
- Ability to follow scripting while prioritizing call types for maximum efficiency and success.
- Must be Detail Oriented and have the ability to Multitask.
- Set up customers and schedule service calls.
- Answer inbound calls for sales as a backup to sales coordinators.
- Help with outbound calls and other duties as assigned when needed.
- 2-3 Years of Customer Service Experience Desired
- Must be Reliable
- A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers.
- Ability to multitask under pressure.
- Good written and verbal skills
- Good computer skills are needed.
