NOW HIRING – EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning – Wilmington, DE
We're looking for a skilled technicians who can diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while providing customers with solutions that meet their needs. Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Pay Opportunities
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and professionally
- Communicate recommendations to customers
- Present repair option or set a tech lead when appropriate
- Offer memberships, indoor air quality products, and financing options
- Complete accurate service tickets and documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Qualifications:
✔ 5+ Years HVAC Service Experience Preferred
✔ Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills
✔ Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred
✔ Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
✔ Excellent Customer Service Skills
✔ Ability to Work Independently
✔ EPA Certification Required
✔ Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills
✔ Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred
✔ Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
✔ Excellent Customer Service Skills
✔ Ability to Work Independently
✔ EPA Certification Required

Compensation: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
