JOB SUMMARY
JOB DUTIES
- Diagnose the failure, recommend solutions, and quote the repair(s)
- Create and maintain a positive relationship with our clients
- Educate our clients on the products and services we offer that our client might not be aware of
- Perform preventative maintenance in shoulder seasons
- Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean, organized and well stocked
- Participate on an "on-call" schedule for our contract customers.
- 3 Years Experience in Residential HVAC Service
- Completion of some formal HVAC training (Dawn, Del Tech, Skills Center, etc.)
- Clean Background, Drug Free, Clean Driving Record
- Possession of the tools necessary to do the work
- 2 references that would recommend you for this position, (friends, family, co-workers or teachers)
- We will negotiate a competitive hourly rate based on your experience and technical competence. Incentives are available to earn more through spiffs and overtime. Pay is not an issue if you're not overselling your abilities. Our clients deserve the best and we understand good technicians don't come cheap.
