What You'll Do
- Perform scheduled maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Inspect systems, document findings, and flag repair or replacement needs for the service team
- Enroll homeowners in our maintenance membership program
- Keep a neat work area and inspect it after every job
- Wear floor savers in the client's home
- Maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle
- Drive and work safely, every day
What You Bring
- 1+ year of HVAC experience (maintenance, install, or apprenticeship) or HVAC trade school completion
- EPA Section 608 (Type II or Universal); we will help you get Universal if you don't have it
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and a customer-first attitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs; must have basic tools
- Clean driving record
