One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Frisco, TX is looking for a motivated HVAC Installation Helper to join our growing team! Responsibilities:
- Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
- Help transport, stage, and position HVAC equipment, tools, and materials at job sites
- Support ductwork installation, equipment mounting, and system setup tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers throughout the job
- Learn HVAC installation techniques, tools, and best practices on the job
Requirements:
- No prior HVAC experience required — a willingness to learn is a must
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude

Compensation: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
