Responsibilities
- New company supplied iPad & access to integrated software
- You will install residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring all installations meet high quality, safety, and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
- Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy-efficient models
- Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as required
- Test and verify system performance, airflow, and calibration
- Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions
- Maintain compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain organized tools, materials, and company vehicles
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER - HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN
• EPA Certification
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license
Two years of relevant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Can you manage your time effectively?
