- Represent SouthSota One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning with integrity and professionalism.
- Follow company sales systems and ethical selling practices.
- Maintain pricing and profitability standards.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Wear floor protection and respect every customer's home.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Keep company vehicles clean and organized.
- Proven success in sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing consultative sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Ability to manage your schedule and follow through on opportunities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- HVAC industry experience.
- Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, plumbing, or other in-home sales experience.
- Experience presenting financing options and closing larger-ticket sales.
