About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning And Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a Warehouse Associate! This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to support our mission of delivering exceptional HVAC ans plumbing services to our valued customers in Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory and returns.
- Tool and cylinder management
- Maintain accurate and assist with inventory stock audits.
- Ensure the warehouse yard and dumster area is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
