Join Our Team as a Client Care Representative

Pass One Hour is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our team during busy nights and weekends. This position plays a key role in helping customers with scheduling, inbound calls, and providing a professional first impression of our company. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, friendly, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. This role has the potential to become a permanent position based on performance and business needs as we continue to grow. 
 

JOB SUMMARY

This position answers incoming client telephone calls and assists with the supervision and dispatching of all scheduled service and maintenance calls.
 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling service appointments and dispatching information clearly to our field team.
  • Providing updates and support to customers throughout their service experience.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and notes in our system.

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn — experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly phone presence.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
  • Dependability and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Availability on nights and weekends.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
