You will work alongside experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians while gaining valuable field experience and technical training.

Responsibilities
  •  Assist lead technicians with installing residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork. 
  •  Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment before installations. 
  •  Support troubleshooting and basic repair work as needed. 
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. 
  •  Communicate professionally with team members and customers during installations. 
Requirements
  •  Mechanical aptitude or basic HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required. 
  •  Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in indoor and outdoor conditions. 
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills. 
  •  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
  •  Dependable attendance and willingness to learn from experienced technicians. 
  •  Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
