- Assist lead technicians with installing residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductwork.
- Prepare job sites by organizing tools, materials, and equipment before installations.
- Support troubleshooting and basic repair work as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers during installations.
- Mechanical aptitude or basic HVAC knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn from experienced technicians.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Pay starting at $16–$21 per hour based on experience.
