Answer phone calls , emails or chat inquiries.
Provide information, resolve issues, or route requests to the appropriate person or department.
Enter and update customer or job details in the system.
Coordinate schedules, appointments, or service calls (especially dispatch roles)
Communicate clearly with customer, technicians, or team members to keep operations running smoothly.
Overall, the roll requires strong communication skills, organization, problem - solving ability, and the capacity to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks
