Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently, providing prompt solutions to customers.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
- Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses required.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
