We’re growing and looking for a high-performing HVAC technician who can handle both installations and service calls at a professional level. If you take pride in your work, communicate well with homeowners, and want to be paid based on performance—not just time—this is where you level up.

What You’ll Do

  • Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, IAQ)

  • Run service calls, diagnose issues, and present repair/replacement options

  • Perform system startups, commissioning, and quality assurance

  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with our brand standards

  • Educate homeowners on comfort solutions, maintenance, and upgrades

  • Use ServiceTitan to document work, estimates, and customer interactions

  • Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience (install + service strongly preferred)

  • Strong diagnostic skills (not a parts changer)

  • EPA Certification (required)

  • Valid driver’s license with clean record

  • Ability to perform in a performance-driven, KPI-based environment

  • Professional appearance and communication in customers’ homes

Bonus Points If You Have

  • NATE Certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Experience with high-efficiency systems, zoning, or IAQ

  • Proven ability to generate revenue through service calls

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
