What You’ll Do
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will:
- Perform expert residential HVAC repairs, system diagnostics, tune-ups, and installations
- Build strong, positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers about findings and recommendations
- Maintain high levels of professionalism, honesty, and reliability
- Follow all industry safety standards and company protocols
- Document work and recommendations using ServiceTitan or similar software
- Maintain clean, organized tools, equipment, and work areas
- Represent the One Hour brand with pride, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
What It Takes to Succeed
We’re looking for technicians who bring:
- Proven residential HVAC service and repair experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and best practices
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, manuals, and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, you MUST be great with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills, even under pressure
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to learning new technologies and staying current with the HVAC trade
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
