- Plan, schedule, and coordinate residential and light commercial HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance projects
- Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships, equipment, and inventory to optimize resources and reduce costs
- Monitor key performance metrics including revenue per tech, call completion rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of service staff
- Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work culture aligned with company values
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC operations, leadership, or management
- Strong leadership mindset with a focus on coaching and developing teams
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installations, and service
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and integrity
- Valid North Carolina HVAC License – Heating Group 3, Class I Contractor (qualifying the company for residential and light commercial work in Fuquay‑Varina)
- 5+ years residential HVAC install and service experience
- Comfortable leading installs and complex service calls
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willing to be hands-on while managing operations
- Organized, accountable, and coachable
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Lead tech or supervisory experience
- Experience with Service Titan
- Interest in long-term leadership and ownership
