Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Warehouse / Parts & Inventory Coordinator to support our HVAC service and installation operations. This role is critical to inventory accuracy, job cost control, purchasing procedures, and overall operational efficiency.

The right candidate understands that strong warehouse operations directly impact profitability, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Operations 

  • Receive, inspect, and accurately stock HVAC equipment and materials
  • Pull and stage materials for scheduled installs and service calls
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and organized warehouse systems
  • Manage service truck restocking and tool accountability
  • Process warranty parts and returns in a timely manner
Purchasing & Cost Control

  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Ensure all parts are properly assigned to job numbers
  • Collect packing slips and verify documentation for job costing accuracy
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with proper reordering procedures
  • Support enforcement of company parts and purchasing processes
Vendor & Field Support

  • Communicate professionally with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and returns
  • Coordinate material pickups from supply houses
  • Occasionally deliver materials to technicians in the field
Qualifications

  • Prior inventory/warehouse experience required
  • Prior experience in the HVAC industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
  • Ability to follow and enforce operational procedures
  • Comfortable using computers for email, documentation, and PO management
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
