About the Role:
Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Vallejo and North Marin, CA as a Comfort Advisor and Service Tech! In this exciting hybrid role, you'll provide exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling systems.
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for service and installation work.
- Educate customers on energy efficiency and system operation.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
- Proven experience in HVAC service and installation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Compensation: $59,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
