About the Role:

Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning as an HVAC Helper in Tucson, AZ! This exciting entry-level position offers you the chance to learn and grow in the HVAC industry while supporting our skilled technicians in delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. Part time, as needed; approx 5-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
Perform IAQ services, such as duct cleaning, Aeroseal, coil cleanings.
Load and unload equipment and materials for calls.
Dismantle and scrap old equipment.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance HVAC skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic understanding of HVAC and hand tools.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians and office staff.
Previous experience in the trades is a plus.
