About the Role:
Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Orange, CA as a ServiceTitan Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our service management software. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure ServiceTitan to ensure optimal functionality for all users.
- Train staff on ServiceTitan features and best practices to maximize productivity.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain seamless operations.
- Implement and oversee data entry protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate ServiceTitan with other business tools.
- Stay updated on ServiceTitan updates and new features to enhance user experience.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff regarding system usage and issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a ServiceTitan Administrator or similar role in the HVAC industry.
- Strong understanding of service management software and its functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to train and support team members effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Relevant certifications or training in ServiceTitan is a plus.

Compensation: $16.75 per hour
