- Consistently meet performance expectations tied to quality, efficiency, and customer experience
This is a results-driven role. Technicians are expected to meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which may include (but are not limited to):
- Attendance and punctuality
- Job completion quality
- Customer experience standards
- Efficiency and productivity benchmarks
- Communication and documentation accuracy
- Competitive hourly base pay, based on experience
- Performance-based commissions on service and repair work, plus additional incentives for IAQ solutions, memberships, customer reviews, and installations
- Consistent workload with strong dispatch and leadership support
- After 90 days of working successfully together, we revisit alignment, performance, and next-step growth, including long-term opportunities and benefits
- Clean, professional appearance required while representing the company
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- No criminal record that would prevent entering customers’ homes
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Commitment to safety, honesty, and ethical service practices
- Prior residential HVAC service experience
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- NATE certification a plus
- Show up on time, prepared, and communicate proactively
