One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Naples, FL area. We are looking for a Permit Coordinator to process permits and inspections for different counties, and to assist in picking up and delivering material from the warehouse and/or vendors to job sites.

Responsibilities:

Process permits for each installation.
Coordinate inspections with local inspectors.
Maintain status of all permits.
Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians and Installers.
Follow up on all failed inspections.
Assist with warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

Experience with permitting required.
Proficiency with Excel required.
Experience in the HVAC industry a plus!
Must be a self-motivated, results-driven, organized and detail-oriented individual.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
