We need someone who is BOTH a sales closer and a team leader.
You MUST be able to:
- Sell $20K–$35K HVAC systems confidently
- Train and mentor techs on sales process, communication, and turnover strategy
- Run calls yourself when needed (not above jumping in)
- Coach CSRs on booking, scripting, memberships, and lead quality
- Handle a high pace, shifting priorities, and a high expectation environment
- Build processes without overcomplicating them
- Lead from the front, not from a desk
It’s a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground position.
🏆 Skills & Experience That Matter
- Proven HVAC sales experience (Comfort Advisor or Selling Tech required)
- Successfully closed high-ticket home improvement deals
- Experience in training or team leadership preferred
- Strong communication and emotional intelligence
- Ability to create structure while staying flexible
- Confidence, presence, and the ability to build trust quickly
- Comfortable with ServiceTitan (or willing to learn fast)
- Run sales calls (as needed) and close replacements at premium pricing
- Train techs weekly & coach in the field
- Improve turnover rates and membership sales
- Help build a culture of accountability and performance
- Support dispatch, CCRs, and the install team when needed
- Wants to make a LOT of money
- Loves being in the field
- Can lead by example
- Operates well in a fast, unorthodox, high-expectation environment
- Takes ownership and does not make excuses
