Duct Cleaning (Primary Role)
- Lead residential duct cleaning jobs from start to finish.
- Operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect duct systems for cleanliness, leaks, and other issues requiring repair.
- Educate customers on the condition of their duct system and recommended services.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in a clean condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and uphold company professionalism at all times.

HVAC Maintenance (Secondary Role)
- Perform routine HVAC system maintenance, tune-ups, and inspections.
- Replace filters, clean coils, inspect components, and perform basic diagnostic checks.
- Document findings, recommendations, and maintenance reports.
- Assist senior technicians when required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Must be a self-motivated, self-started, results-driven individual
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
