Do you love creating content, telling stories, and connecting with people online?
 We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to grow and manage the online presence of our trusted HVAC and Plumbing brands.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, create, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • Take real photos and videos of our team in action (techs, installs, community events, promotions).

  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and reply to messages/comments.

  • Run and track ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers, hiring campaigns, and special events.

  • Create a consistent brand look and voice across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of social media or marketing experience (home services a plus).

  • Creative eye for photos, short videos, and storytelling.

  • Strong understanding of trending content & engagement strategies.

  • Comfortable filming and interviewing team members.

  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

  • Experience with ad tools and analytics a plus.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
