Do you love creating content, telling stories, and connecting with people online?
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to grow and manage the online presence of our trusted HVAC and Plumbing brands.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, create, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Take real photos and videos of our team in action (techs, installs, community events, promotions).
Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and reply to messages/comments.
Run and track ad campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers, hiring campaigns, and special events.
Create a consistent brand look and voice across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of social media or marketing experience (home services a plus).
Creative eye for photos, short videos, and storytelling.
Strong understanding of trending content & engagement strategies.
Comfortable filming and interviewing team members.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.
Experience with ad tools and analytics a plus.
