About the Role:
Join One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Edmond as a Master Contractor and take your career to the next level! We are looking for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering top-notch HVAC services while leading a team of dedicated technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems.
- Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of HVAC technicians, providing training and support.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement effective service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of jobs.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to maintain competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Valid HVAC license and relevant certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of current HVAC technologies and best practices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
