What You’ll Do:

Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and present tailored solutions
Educate clients on energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and system performance options
Build trust by delivering professional, honest, and customer-first consultations
Utilize cutting-edge tools, financing options, and company-backed guarantees to make the buying decision easy
Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:

A natural communicator who connects easily with people
Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation skills and ability to simplify technical concepts
Prior in-home sales experience (HVAC, solar, roofing, or related) is a plus—but not required
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
