The Indoor Air Quality Technician performs ductwork replacement, duct cleanings, aero seal, decon7, dryer vent cleaning and filter cabinet installations. Provides exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by providing multiple options and solutions while installing/cleaning in customer’s homes.

Responsibilities:

Analyze the HVAC system within a structure and develop an appropriate cleaning plan.
Properly perform a duct sealing process
Basic ductwork installation, filters, plenums and grilles.
System improvement and maintenance suggestions pertaining to the HVAC system to the customer.
Effectively offer system enhancements to clients that will benefit them or their system.
Complete daily paperwork in a timely manner and submit for billing.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Be able to follow OSHA requirements and safety precautions per company procedures and policies.
Knowledge of HVAC parts and their functions preferred.
Must provide basic hand tools and personal vehicle.
Ductwork replacement, duct cleanings, aero seal, decon7, dryer vent cleaning and filter cabinet installations preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
