HVAC Sales Consultant & Comfort Advisor | San Diego, CA
One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning
Help homeowners and light commercial clients choose HVAC replacement systems through in-home consultations. Present tailored system and financing options, explain comfort, health and safety benefits, and follow an ethical sales process.
Compensation
Commission-based, with first-year earnings potential of $100K–$250K. This describes potential commission earnings, not a guaranteed base salary.
Responsibilities
• Conduct in-home consultations and recommend HVAC replacement solutions tailored to each customer.
• Present system options and explain their benefits clearly.
• Explain financing options so customers can make informed decisions.
• Learn and apply the company's ethical sales system.
• Educate customers on HVAC solutions for comfort, health and safety.
• Coordinate with the sales coordinator and sales manager.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction and sales records.
• Attend training and meetings, and participate in follow-up and prospecting as needed.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Work and drive safely and professionally.
Required Qualifications
• Proven B2C sales track record and success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that build customer trust.
• Comfort using multiple software systems to manage customer data and sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
• HVAC industry sales experience.
Physical Requirements
• Remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time).
• Bend, kneel, reach, squat and stand for long periods.
• Lift, carry or push up to 75 lbs.
• Drive and sit for extended periods.

Work with HVAC professionals and receive the tools and training to support your growth and customer service.
