We’re hiring ONE rockstar HVAC Service Tech to join our growing, tight-knit team in San Antonio.
This is a rare chance to get in early with a brand new One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise backed by national support and run like a high-performance local business.

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems
Recommend repairs or system upgrades that actually help the customer
Occasionally assist with installs (not your main job)
Represent our brand and company with professionalism, care, and pride

What You Need:

3+ years of HVAC experience (service)
EPA Universal preferred
Valid DL & clean background
Comfort with variable-speed systems, refrigerant handling, and wiring diagrams
A desire to do things right the first time—and be part of something new

Compensation: $1,200.00 - $2,200.00 per week
