Full-Time | Call Center

As a Client Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — the voice that sets the tone for their entire experience. You’ll help schedule appointments, answer questions, and provide friendly, helpful support over the phone.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Scheduling service appointments and dispatching information clearly to our field team.
  • Providing updates and support to customers throughout their service experience.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and notes in our system.
What We’re Looking For

  • A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn — experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly phone presence.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
  • Dependability and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Compensation: $33,280.00 per year




Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
