We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Experienced Install Technician to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Install Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience installing residential HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in system installation, have a strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions
- Ensure proper installation and startup of equipment per the manufacturer's specifications and local codes
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout and after installation
- Provide customers with clear instructions on system use and maintenance
- Accurately complete installation paperwork and communicate with the office/dispatch team
- Comply with all company safety standards and procedures
- 1-3 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
- Sheet metal or ductwork experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NATE Certification
- Experience with zoning systems or smart thermostats
