We are committed to excellence, customer satisfaction, and a team-oriented work environment. We seek an Experienced Service Technician to join our expanding and enthusiastic team.
We are looking for a skilled Service Technician with 1-3 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential HVAC equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on residential HVAC systems such as furnaces, heat pumps, and more
- Conduct routine maintenance and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance
- Install and replace HVAC components as needed
- Accurately document service calls, repairs, and recommendations with our dispatch team
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
- 1-3 years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage service calls
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical issues clearly and professionally to homeowners.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment and materials
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NATE Certification
- Sales experience
