Responsibilities:

We believe customers should speak with real people, not phone robots. Answer calls as they come in
Verify information in our CRM and make sure to update notes with a high degree of accuracy
Help Technicians check out and update records accordingly
Respond to chats and emails as needed
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

Experience providing excellent customer service over the phone and chat
Able to multitask, update notes in CRM, and keep up with phone conversations
Positive, customer service-driven attitude
Strong communication skills
Ability and desire to work independently, come up with solutions, and know how to use your resources
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
