Position Overview:
We’re seeking a results-oriented HVAC Technician who is looking for that next step in their career. This individual must be comfortable with selling and independently managing a service truck .

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance
- Install, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductwork.
- Perform system startups and testing to ensure proper functionality
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Perform necessary repairs, part replacements, and calibrations
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and manufacturer specifications
Leadership & Team Management & Sales
- Promote a positive “can do” work culture
- Train, mentor and supervise junior techs and apprentices
- Assign tasks and oversee work quality to ensure efficiency and safety
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Be comfortable selling while earning unlimited commissions
- Oversee pricing strategies and cost estimates for services and contracts
Customer Relations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through online reviews
- Manage the work of junior techs to ensure jobs are being completed correctly

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of HVAC experience

2. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams

3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

4. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, operations, and industry best practices

5. Experience leading and managing a team

6. Drive business growth

7. Ability to handle customer relations

8. Proficiency in Service Titan is a plus

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
