JOB SUMMARY
Candidates must reside in or near the service areas of Forney, TX or Sunnyvale, TX.
The Service Manager will be responsible for scheduling and supervising employees to effectively provide HVAC service, repair, and installation for customers. The Service Manager supports good customer relations by ensuring that services are provided as scheduled, at competitive prices, and that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to. The Service Manager’s roles, responsibilities, and competitive pay with opportunities to grow as we expand into new markets. .

JOB DUTIES
- Services maintain and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine the extent of necessary repairs
- Consistently maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completing each job.
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
- Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
- Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Must have a prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
- Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen

Compensation: $85,000.00 per year
