- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
- Schedule service and sales appointments
- Offer additional services and products to meet call center goals
- Make outbound calls to fill the schedule and retain customers
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Partner with dispatch and technicians for timely service
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- 2+ years of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or GED
