Compensation

  • Base salary: $60,000–$80,000

  • On-Target Earnings: $150,000+

Job Summary

The Service Technician performs diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Job Duties

  • Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems

  • Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion

  • Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving

  • Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times

  • Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out)

  • Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician

  • NATE certification preferred (not required)

  • Strong technical ability and communication skills

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
