Job Summary
The Service Technician performs diagnostics, service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering a five-star customer experience.
Job Duties
- Service, maintain, repair, and install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and clearly explain repair options to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area; leave job sites clean after completion
- Demonstrate a strong safety mindset on the job and while driving
- Use floor savers and protect customer property at all times
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness (inside and out)
- Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior successful experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- NATE certification preferred (not required)
- Strong technical ability and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
