Responsibilities
- Change out and Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems (sometimes commercial)
- Perform duct modifications and system changeouts
- Lead installations and guide team members when necessary
- Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and teammates
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC change out and installation experience
- Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and installation practices
- Customer-first attitude with professional communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass background check and drug screening
Compensation
- Competitive hourly pay plus a percentage of job revenue
- Signing bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates
