Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Membership Concierge to join our team. The
Membership Concierge will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing
personalized assistance with managing memberships, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying
experience.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping people
maintain the beauty and functionality of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Serve as the main contact for member inquiries, and account management via phone, email, and by utilizing our CRM.
  •  Provide personalized service by understanding and tracking individual member needs,preferences, and service history.
  • Handle membership on boarding by explaining benefits, features, and service options, ensuring members feel valued and informed.
  •  Resolve member concerns promptly, coordinating with relevant service teams to address any issues or special requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions, service details, and preferences in our CRM or membership software 
  • Offer proactive suggestions to members regarding routine maintenance and other services to help them keep their homes in top condition 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as field service teams, CSR's and marketing, to ensure high-quality member experiences.
  • Upgrade Memberships for opportunities to own the home.
  • Outbound calling to update expired credit cards, canceled membership agreements and up-selling other plans such as upgrades
  •  Responsible for reporting and tracking plan renewals to 90%
  • Specific Task List to follow 
Requirements
  • 2-3 Years of  Customer Service Experience Desired
  • Must be Reliable 
  • A strong understanding of the Twin Cities Marketplace Helpful
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Understands the importance and balance of teamwork and working effectively with our internal/external customers.
  • Ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Good computer skills are needed.
  • Positive Attitude and meet our core values.
