Northern One Hour Heating, Northern Ben Franklin Plumbing & Northern Mister Sparky Electric is owned and operated locally, and we represent One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Mr. Sparky Electric. Our company has been serving the metro area since 1990, and we are currently seeking to hire an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team. This position performs and coordinates the installation and service of electrical products and services in a residential setting.

Position Overview
As an Electrical Apprentice, you will assist licensed electricians with residential installations, service calls, remodels, and new construction projects. This role offers steady work, on-the-job training, and the opportunity to advance in the trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation of wiring, lighting, panels, outlets, and fixtures
- Help with residential remodels and service upgrades
- Pull wire, run conduit, and support troubleshooting work
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow all safety guidelines and Minnesota State Electrical Code
- Load/unload materials and organize tools
- Documented hours with 3+ years residential electrical experience
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred

- Documented hours with 3+ years residential electrical experience
- Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
