One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Las Vegas area. We are looking for an Indoor Air Quality Apprentice to perform semi-skilled and skilled work in the installation and cleaning of HVAC systems. The IAQ Apprentice provides exceptional customer service and educates customers regarding technical and investment decisions by providing multiple options and solutions while installing and cleaning in customer’s homes.

Responsibilities:

Assist crew leader with installation and cleaning of air conditioning units and furnaces.
Assist with the installation and cleaning of gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, electric furnaces, packaged terminal units, ductless split systems, humidification and dehumidification equipment, electronic air cleaners and air purification systems, and residential control systems to include Evolution and zoning systems.
Explain each service provided to customers.
Accurately document invoices to include age and type of each system component, services completed, and costs for service.
Discuss with customers current and/or future equipment and service requirements.
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
Maintain a professional image at all times.
Participate in ALL company-sponsored training classes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers a must.
Ability to take work direction from crew leader in courteous manner required.
Must have appropriate trade tools.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
