As an HVAC technician on our team, you'll have the freedom to operate like an entrepreneur without needing the capital to start your own business. You’ll have your own van (newer than 2020), fully stocked with everything you need, tools provided or compensation to buy your preferred tools, and a gas card. Plus, you can take the van home so you don’t have to pay for commuting, and you’ll receive a company-issued iPad along with cell phone bill assistance. Your Role
You'll be providing expert HVAC services while contributing to our fun, competitive work culture. Whether it's through hard work or a friendly competition, we want you to enjoy coming to work every day!

What You’ll Do:

Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
Keep a clean, safe work area, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Build great relationships with clients and respect their homes.
Take pride in maintaining your company vehicle, inside and out!

What You’ll Need:

3+ years of HVAC experience.
NATE certification (preferred but not required).
Strong communication and technical skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
A clean driving record.
