Duct Cleaning Technician - Entry Level

Northern One Hour Heating & Air is a locally owned and operated business representing One Hour Heating & Air, Ben Franklin Plumbing, and Mister Sparky Electric. We have been proudly serving the metro area since 1990 and are looking to hire a Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, and we have an exciting opportunity for someone ready to begin a career in this industry.

This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required. We’re happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, and is eager to grow. Requirements:

Positive Attitude: We’re looking for team players who are eager to learn.
Customer Service Skills: Great communication is key in providing excellent service to our customers.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record.
Professional Appearance: We value a friendly, professional demeanor in the field.
Experience a Plus! Duct cleaning and Aeroseal experience a plus. But again, not required – we’ll train you.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. The franchisee sets their own compensation and benefits.
