Your Role
You’ll provide excellent service to our customers, ensuring their HVAC systems run smoothly, while being a key player in helping our startup thrive and grow in a fun environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Show respect for customers' homes by using floor savers and professional conduct.
- Take care of your company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean and professional.
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience.
- NATE certification (preferred).
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- A clean driving record.
