- Ability to build, motivate, and train a high-performing team.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Competitive spirit and an unyielding desire to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- $150,000 - $200,000/year salary plus bonus opportunity to earn as much as $300k your first full year!
