Job Description:
As an HVAC Professional at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, you'll play a vital role in delivering superior service to our customers while performing repairs and installations with precision and efficiency. Your dedication to professionalism and customer satisfaction will drive our success as a company.
Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Complete HVAC repairs and installations with precision and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Uphold high standards of honesty, reliability, and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
- Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with HVAC industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Salary:
- Depending on experience, our average technician makes between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually. Our wages are competitive with uncapped earning potential.
