Join One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning as an HVAC Installer Lead and be part of a leading provider of exceptional customer service in the electrical industry. As an Installer, you'll inspect, install, maintain, and repair wiring and electrical fixtures/systems in residential and commercial settings, communicating effectively with customers to ensure they understand project scopes and solutions offered.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicate effectively with customers, management, and dispatch.
  • Provide detailed estimates and complete jobs efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes.
  • Maintain a clean workspace and report faulty equipment.
  • Operate and care for equipment according to standards.
  • Follow safety procedures and participate in safety programs.
Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, wiring, and safety procedures (Minimum 2+ years of experience)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Physical stamina for physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours/schedules including occasional on-call, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Skills:

  • Good interpersonal relations, actively listening and responding to the public, other employees, and supervisors.
  • Communicate in a service-oriented and respectful manner.
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Complex problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making.
  • Willingness to adapt, learn, and apply knowledge.
  • Repairing and installing electrical equipment, circuitry, etc.
Salary:

  • Depending on experience, our average Installer makes between $60,000 to $80,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually. You will have uncapped earning potential!
